Why should I get SCredits?

If you are a seasoned collectibles grader who submits cards frequently, SCredits can help you save on your grading costs.

Save up to 12% on grading fees, depending on the SCredits top-up amount.

You get the flexibility to choose the grading service you want while enjoying a lower effective grading cost.

How does SCredits work?

Top up a certain amount and receive bonus credits for grading. The more you top up, the more you save on your grading fees.

What can I use SCredits for?

SCredits can be used for grading services and tiers currently offered by us, subject to availability and changes by the respective grading companies.

SCredits can be used across different grading companies, including PSA, CGC, BGS, MBA, and others offered by us.

SCredits cannot be used to pay for grading company upcharges, as these charges are not fully determined by us and the full amount of the upcharge is payable to the respective grading company, such as PSA. Any applicable upcharges must therefore be paid separately.

Can someone else use my SCredits?

No. SCredits are assigned to one designated credit owner and are non-transferable.

• Only the credit owner can use the SCredits for their grading submissions.
• If someone purchases SCredits on behalf of you, the credits still belong to you and can only be used by you.
• You cannot share, transfer, sell, or combine your SCredits with another customer's credits.
• You may combine multiple cards under your own submission and use your SCredits to pay for the applicable grading fees.
• Cards belonging to other customers cannot be added to your submission to use your SCredits for their grading fees.
  

How long are SCredits valid for?

SCredits are valid for 1 year from the date of top-up.

How can I check my SCredits balance?

Kindly WhatsApp our team at +65 6513 5900 to check your current SCredits balance.

After each top-up, you will also receive an email notification confirming the number of SCredits added and your current balance at the time of the top-up.

Are SCredits the same as Member Points?

No. SCredits and Member Points are separate. SCredits are linked to your Member Account for tracking and utilisation, while Member Points are earned and redeemed separately.

Can I earn Member Points by topping up SCredits?

No. SCredit top-ups and grading submissions do not earn Member Points. Grading payments cover fees charged by the respective grading companies and shipping/related costs.
