SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our main Terms. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully when purchasing our products. It applies to all orders placed with us.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer registered, tracked shipping options only. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping the products on our behalf.
All delivery times and dates provided are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
LOCAL SHIPPING (WITHIN SINGAPORE)
We ship locally within Singapore through our appointed courier. Delivery timeframes and rates are confirmed at the point of checkout.
For any clarifications regarding shipping options, timing, or rates, please check with us before completing your order online โ our team is happy to help you confirm the details in advance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination, the items being shipped, and applicable courier and customs regulations.
If you are interested in shipping outside Singapore, please WhatsApp us at +65 6513 5900 with the items you are looking to purchase and your destination country. Our team will check whether shipping is possible, confirm courier options, and provide an indicative shipping cost before payment is completed.
Please note that for international orders:
- All shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your country, including any additional fees, taxes, or regulatory requirements.
- Some countries have import restrictions or value declaration limits on trading cards. We will let you know during the enquiry if your destination is not currently serviceable.
LIABILITY DURING SHIPPING
We arrange insured shipping through appointed couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or other registered couriers. All liability for loss, damage, or delay during transit rests with the appointed courier under the courier's own terms and conditions.
In the event of loss or damage in transit, we will assist in initiating a claim with the appointed courier on your behalf as a courtesy, but the claim outcome and liability sit with the courier under their own terms.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Our online and in-store inventory systems are updated on different cycles, and high-demand items can sell within minutes. Availability is only confirmed at the point of payment, as determined by Spearing Collectibles.
Where an item has been sold before payment is completed, we will let you know as soon as possible and assist you in finding an alternative where available.
