RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are completely happy with what you have received. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Due to the nature of our products โ€” collectibles, trading cards, slabs, and sealed products โ€” all sales are generally considered final. Returns and refunds are not offered as standard, and any requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Spearing Collectibles' sole discretion.

Where a return is approved, store credit is the standard form of resolution. Cash refunds are not provided as a general rule.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return request, all of the following must apply:

  • The request must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date or delivery date, whichever is later;
  • The item must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all original packaging, tags, seals, protective sleeves, and certification holders intact;
  • The item must not fall within the Exceptions listed below.

Approval of any return remains entirely at Spearing Collectibles' discretion, and meeting the eligibility criteria above does not guarantee approval.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please contact us:

Please include your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photographs of the item in its current condition.

Once a return request is approved, we will send detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, including all courier and insurance costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the return leg.
  • Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition. Processing typically takes three (3) to five (5) business days from the date of receipt. We will notify you of the outcome via email or WhatsApp.

If the return is approved upon inspection, store credit will be issued to your account or contact details on file. If the returned item is found not to meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return and return the item to you at your cost.

EXCEPTIONS โ€” ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Trading cards (raw singles, graded slabs, and any other graded collectibles);
  • Sealed products (sealed booster boxes, packs, ETBs, and other sealed trading card products);
  • Spearing Slab Packs and similar mystery or value-pack products;
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items โ€” all sale items are final sale;
  • Grading service submissions โ€” once a card has been submitted to a grading company, the submission cannot be cancelled or refunded;
  • Reserved items where the remaining balance has been forfeited under our reservation terms;
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery;
  • Items returned without prior written approval from Spearing Collectibles.

This list is not exhaustive. Other items or categories may be excluded from return at Spearing Collectibles' discretion.

DEFECTS, DAMAGE, AND INCORRECT ITEMS ON RECEIPT

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing description, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the item, with clear photographs of the issue and the original packaging.

Where the issue is confirmed to be due to our error or pre-existing fault at the point of sale (and not due to courier damage in transit), we will work with you to resolve the matter through replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion.

Where damage has occurred during shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy โ€” claims for transit damage are made against the appointed courier under the courier's own terms, and we will assist in initiating the claim on a courtesy basis.

MARKET PRICE MOVEMENTS

Please note that changes in market value, post-purchase regret, or fluctuations in card prices are not grounds for return or refund. Quoted and paid prices reflect market value at the point of sale, and subsequent market movements are part of the inherent nature of collectibles.
