How It Works

  • 1. Drop Off Your Cards

    Bring your cards down to our store — we'll take a look, verify the details, and receive them into our care.

  • 2. Register on Spearing Tracker

    Create your account on spearingtracker.com and log the details of the cards you're consigning. It's how you'll track your inventory, sales, and payouts in real time.

  • 3. We Handle the Sale

    Your cards go on display in our physical retail store. We take care of connecting your cards with keen buyers.

  • 4. Get Paid!

    Once your card sells, your payout is processed the same day. Check your Spearing Tracker dashboard for a full record of every transaction.

Key Terms

  • Consignees are responsible for providing accurate pricing, labelling and item details.
  • Max 40 items can be added per consignee per calendar month.
  • Consignees need to provide one standard 9-pocket, 360-card binder for listing. If no binder, rental available at S$10 (subject to availability).
  • Standard commission: 10–15% per item
  • Minimum listing price: S$2.00
  • Payouts via PayNow, generally same-day (cash may be arranged case-by-case).
  • Items on consignment with us cannot be listed elsewhere during the active consignment period.
  • All change requests (removal, price amendment, etc.) must go via WhatsApp +65 6513 5900. Requests take effect only after our written acknowledgement.
