Grading Services
Procedure Overview

1. Book an Appointment
Kindly book an appointment with us to bring your cards for assessment. You may book an appointment here.

2. Invoice and Payment
Once assessment and/or pre-grading preparation is completed and a PSA service is selected, we will send you an invoice and payment has to be made within 48 hours.

3. Acknowledgement of Receipt
We will send an acknowledgement of receipt within 72 hours of the submission of your cards to PSA for grading.

4. Collection
Once the grading has been completed and your cards have returned to our store, we will inform you to arrange self-collection.
Customer Responsibilities

Payment for PSA grading services and associated costs.

Any surcharges imposed by PSA.

Charges for the return shipment. All cards, including those held aside, will be dispatched following the settlement of the aforementioned charges.
Key Notices

We must inform that our services are not designed to address the correction of creases, dimples, indentations, or the application of humidification process. If your card presents any such issues, we kindly ask that you do not send it for our review.

Should any card reviewed by our team be found altered in any way, including the use of wax, polish, or any other form of preparatory treatment, we will be obliged to return the entire submission.
