Sending of Cards for Grading
Procedure Overview

1. Book an Appointment
Kindly book an appointment at least a day in advance to bring your cards for assessment. You may book an appointment through WhatsApp here.

2. Assessment
Once free pre-grading assessment is completed and a grading service is selected, we will send your card(s) to the grading company for grading, typically at the end of each month.

3. Invoice & Payment
Upfront payment is required. Accepted payment methods include cash, PayNow, or credit card (credit card payments may incur additional fees). Fees are not inclusive of any upcharges that may be incurred by the grading company โ these upcharges will be invoiced separately.

4. Track Your Submission
Once your submission(s) have been logged into our system, we will send a tracking code to you via Whatsapp. You can use the code to track your submission(s) at:

5. Collection
Once your card(s) have returned to our store, we will inform you through WhatsApp for the collection of your card(s). Enjoy your newly graded cards!

Fees charged covers general cleaning, usage of the approved semi-rigid holder, and to-and-fro insured shipping. Fees are not inclusive of any upcharges that may be incurred by the grading company โ these upcharges will be invoiced separately.

Should upfront payment not be possible, exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company. Payment must be made online via PayNow within 7 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received, ownership of the submitted card(s) will transfer to the Company. The customer isresponsible for ensuring timely payment. Failure to pay within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the submitted card(s).

For pickup of card(s), they must be collected within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification. Card(s) not collected within this timeframe may be forfeited. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.

Please note that certain preparation work, such as deep cleaning or surface treatment, may not be suitable for grading. If the Customer decides to proceed with grading after such preparation, it will be entirely at the Customerโs discretion, and the Company cannot be held responsible for the results or decisions made by the grading company.
If a card is foundโby the Company or by a grading companyโto have been altered in any way (for example, through coloring, waxing, polishing, or use of chemicals), the grading company may return it ungraded or label it as โAltered.โ In such cases, grading companies may still charge fees for the work performed. If the Company detects any alteration before submission, the Company will return the entire batch of cards without processing.

The Companyโs pre-grading assessment is designed to provide the Customer with a second opinion on the cardโs conditionโit is not a guarantee of any specific grade from grading companies.
Please note that turnaround times are only estimates. They do not include the Companyโs handling time or insured shipping durations. The countdown begins only once the submission is received and logged by the grading company.
