The estimated turnaround time starts after CGC opens the submission, enters it into their system, and start processing—not when the submission first arrives.

Turnaround times excludes time taken to consolidate, pack and ship and are subjected to changes. All prices are per card.

Customer Responsibilities

• Payment for CGC grading services and associated costs.
• Any surcharges imposed by CGC.
• Charges for the return shipment. All cards, including those held aside, will be dispatched following the settlement of the aforementioned charges.

Key Notices

• We must inform that our services are not designed to address the correction of creases, dimples, indentations, or the application of humidification process. If your card presents any such issues, we kindly ask that you do not send it for our review.
• Should any card reviewed by our team be found altered in any way, including the use of wax, polish, or any other form of preparatory treatment, we will be obliged to return the entire submission.
