Note: BGS submissions are shipped out once our card quota is reached. Quota amounts are subject to change, which may result in longer-than-usual turnaround times.
Turnaround times are only estimates. They do not include the Company’s handling time or insured shipping durations. The countdown begins only once the submission is received and logged by the grading company.

Payment and Collection
Upfront payment is required and can be made by cash, PayNow, or credit card (additional credit card fees may apply). Fees cover general cleaning, approved semi-rigid holders, and insured shipping, but do not include any grading company upcharges, which will be invoiced separately.

If upfront payment is not possible, exceptions may be granted at the Company’s discretion. Payment must be made via PayNow within 7 days of the invoice date; failure to do so will result in the submitted card(s) being forfeited to the Company.

For pickup of card(s), they must be collected within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification. Card(s) not collected within this timeframe may be forfeited. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.
Service Disclaimer
The Company’s pre-grading assessment gives a second opinion on a card’s condition and does not guarantee any specific grade. Certain preparation steps, like deep cleaning or surface treatments, may affect grading results, and submission after such work is at the Customer’s discretion. The Company is not responsible for the grading outcome or decisions made by the grading company.

If a card is found to be altered (e.g., coloring, waxing, polishing, or chemical treatment), the grading company may return it ungraded or label it as “Altered,” and fees may still apply. If the Company detects alterations before submission, the batch will be returned without processing.
